El Perú, una de las potencias históricas del surf latinoamericano, participa con surfistas clasificados por ranking ALAS 2024, ranking ALAS 2025, Sudamérica, Centroamérica, Norteamérica & Caribe y categorías junior, además de un grupo de wild cards peruanos que fortalece aún más a la delegación.
Todo esto, gracias al apoyo y respaldo del Instituto Peruano del Deporte IPD, dirigido por su presidente Mg. Sergio Ludeña Visalot.
Participación Peruana en Competencia
De acuerdo con las series oficiales, los surfistas peruanos compiten en las categorías Open, Open Femenino, Sub 18, Sub 14, Longboard, SUP Surf y SUP Surf Femenino, consolidando al Perú como uno de los países con mayor presencia y competitividad del evento.
